We are prepared to navigate these challenging circumstances due to the Coronavirus, with everyone's safety in mind. Our store will remain open for business. We look forward to welcoming you to TM!
We are emailing to let you know that we are monitoring recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the World Health Organization (WHO) and local health departments and are committed to the health and safety of all of our customers and employees. Our primary goal is to keep the store open AND keep all of you safe.
In response to the situation, we:
- Increased our store sanitation efforts including paying extra attention to common work-spaces and all shared surfaces. (please feel free to bring your own hand sanitizer)
- Encourage any employee that doesn't feel well to stay home.
- Continue normal store hours and classes/crops.
- Remain proactive in preparing to act quickly should the need arise.
Now we need your help:
- When entering the store we ask that you use hand sanitizer or use one of our two sinks to wash your hands.
- If you have a cough, chills or fever please stay home.
- If you aren't comfortable coming into the store, please know you can call, order supplies and we can have them ready for you to pick up. In fact, we can meet you at the back door with your items! We are always happy to ship items within the US.
We care about all of our customers and feel blessed to have you as part of our TM family. As always TM is everyone's happy place and we are here for you if you need to escape the craziness. We want to remind you that we offer shipping if that is more convenient for your needs. Thank you for all of your support. We will keep everyone updated with any changes.
