Since I created a girl birthday layout with this awesome line from Doodlebug, I just had to make one with the boy birthday! I just love Doodlebug and all their collections. Can't wait to see what they come out with next!

Sugar Shoppe Birthday Girl with Doodlebug and Kandace!
I love any line from Doodlebug, and scrapbooking birthdays is also one of my favorite events to scrap. So when I saw the new Sugar Shoppe line from Doodlebug, I just fell in love. I had pictures from my best friend of 12 years Jennifer 30th birthday. I knew I had a match made in heaven. I love how this page turned out and got Jennifer's approval since they're her birthday pictures. I hope you love it too!
Materials:
Doodlebug sugar shoppe line: sugar shop sticker, gifts galore paper, sweet celebration paper, cupcake wash tape. Cardstock: navajo, lemonade, pajama. Tools: trimmer, pop dots, 1 1/4", circle punch, Alphalicious Cricut Font

LOVELY SPRINGTIME WITH DONNA & DOODLEBUG!
Donna here again! Even though you only need to wait 5 minutes for the weather to change here in Southern California, it's technically still Spring! So...I was really inspired by the fun, happy bright colors of the Doodlebug "Springtime"line! This can be used for myriad layout themes. Spring (of course!), Easter, Gardening, Girls, Birthday parties, and don't forget to make a cute birthday or thank you card with the leftovers!

"By The Sea"
I can not help but love By The Sea by Graphic 45. So I scrap lifted this beautiful 2 page layout and made it my own. The paper all goes together, so it was very easy to use. I added parts of the chipboard collection that matches everything. I added some twine to give it a little texture. After doing this page, I can't wait to get to the beach to take some pictures! Enjoy!

FRESH and FUN 2 page layout with Echo Park ~ Donna
Today I have a 2 page layout to share with you! To be perfectly honest, I struggle with 2 page layouts! Anyone else? When I started scrapping years ago, that's all I did, and then somewhere along the way, I switched to single pagers. I think Stacy Julian and her "Library of Memories" system changed me. I learned that it's not always about the quantity of photos, but the importance. Notice I didn't say "quality". Sometimes the "best" photo of an event, or moment isn't the highest quality. But it may be the only photo representing what I want to share. So, I tend to edit the amount of photos I use on most layouts and the words do the rest for me. I've used Echo Park "That's My Boy" for this project. The papers had many color choices that to me, are pretty neutral and would work with most photos. Nothing too bright or jarring, but with enough "pop" to be fun! For my journaling, I simply cut strips of paper. You can cut as many as you need, or just put a journaling box there. The patterned papers, cardstock, and Elements sticker sheet will be available for purchase. I've also used the Lawn Fawn sentiment set I used on the birthday card from yesterday! Multi-use! :) We will also have some of the page elements I cut with the Silhouette Cameo ("polaroid" frames and zig-zag borders) available for purchase. The element sticker sheet had so many options. I could have made these pages to center around sports, or video games, or other "boyish" delights. I've chosen to theme it to use with photos of my sons, or husband. The projects will be on display in the store for viewing in person if you'd like! Thanks for looking and EnJOY!

Carta Bella Birthday Card ~ Donna
Here with a fun birthday card that could be for kids or adults! This adorable line from Carta Bella was a blast to work with. Both sides of these papers have something fun and give some bit of inspiration. The texture of Carta Bella is dreamy too! Also, as a treat for you, we've created this card in a kit! All the components are included except the Lawn Fawn stamp set, adhesives and ink! But, never fear! We will have this versatile Lawn Fawn sentiment stamp set available for purchase along with the Prima ink to match! (Hurry though, supplies are limited :)) Who doesn't need an extra birthday card on hand? (It even comes with an envelope!) EnJOY!
